Where are your properties?
We have properties throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Westwood, Hollywood, and Silver Lake.
What's the difference between this and airbnb?
Very Similar. Actually, many of our listings are also on Airbnb! But by contacting us directly you can save on the fees!
Do you have any reviews?
We average a 4.95 out of 5 star rating on Airbnb. If you are wanting to rent any of our units, we can show you the Airbnb link so you can see actual reviews. Plus, you can see how much you will save!!
Check in and check out times
Check in is 3pm or later on 1 bedroom units, and 4pm for 2 bedrooms. Yet, we can often accommodate earlier.
Check out is 11am or earlier. Late check-outs offered based on availability
How does booking work
1. Tell us what you are looking for and let us help find the unit that fits your needs.
2. We send a rental agreement for you to eSign.
3. A small refundable holding/damage deposit is collected to hold the unit.
4. Payment is paid at check in
5. Deposit is refunded
Cleaning Procedures
Our cleaners have been trained to follow enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols. Rest easy :)
